We're Hiring Part Time Admin Role (2 Days/Week) - Join Our Growing Residential Building Team

Are you organised, proactive, and looking for a flexible part-time role in a supportive, hands on environment? We’re a family run residential building company, and we’re looking for an **Administrative All-Rounder** to join our team 2 days a week.

**Location**: Working remotely
**Days**: 2 days per week (flexible on days)
**Start**: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll work closely with the Director and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Tasks include:

- Processing fortnightly payroll
- Preparing and lodging quarterly BAS
- Organising new projects from the start (documents, health & safety, timelines)
- Paying invoices and managing basic accounts
- Drafting and preparing building contracts

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in administration or bookkeeping (construction industry experience is a bonus)
- Proficiency with Xero accounting software
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- A proactive attitude and a collaborative, team-first approach
