**As Product Manager, what will you be working on?**
- Contribute to our Product Roadmap, synthesising emerging trend & customer research, competitor data, internal feedback and public domain research;
- New product development, from concept to product release (including budget and milestones);
- Full product lifestyle management, ensuring deliverables are met on time and in budget;
- Collaborate across R&D, Marketing, Product and QA teams to plan, design, develop and deliver on quality products.
Everyone at MST is responsible for safety and you will ensure a culture and practice of safety compliance is maintained on all worksites.
**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes**:
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in the product management of enterprise level software and hardware solutions, preferably for the mining or manufacturing productivity market
- Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated success delivery commercially viable software and hardware solutions
- Focused on delivering quality work to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Working knowledge of communications technology and the mining industries (desirable)
