Responsible for all aspects of social media and digital marketing relating to the business that increase customer count and brand profile / awareness. The Social Media Marketing Coordinator is our digital ambassador and our go-to social media whiz.

Ideally a well-organized self-starter/ go-getter who loves Asian food and gets the brand ethos built around honest food, Michelin sauces and trippin taste and a passion for winning. Must have experience using WordPress, Meta, Youtube, Tiktok andPhotoshop.

**Responsabilities of the Role**
- Create and post engaging content (images, graphics, video, competitions etc.) on via amonthly calendar to increase meaningful engagement with our fans and followers and grow our social communities managing data point.
- Monitor and manage paid Meta, Youtube ad spends; including optimizing campaigns to increase audience and engagement.
- Follow social listening for both our brands and respond to all feedback within 24 hoursor less. Analyse competitors to report on metrics.
- Make the business a Content Oriented brand utilising Tiktok and the latest shortvideos technology - People and Video Recipe Program created with our videographer and photographer including quarterly food porn images.
- Initiate and coordinate target media and influential food bloggers interest in the business. Ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
- Manage online reputation using reputation management platform (SEO agency, SMS marketing) and ensure all responses have been done by operations.
- Ensuring that all digital assets are continuously updated with latest content and ourcampaigns are across all platforms: social, web, APP, Google, blogs, external sites etc.
- Editing and proof reading content as needed including curation.
- Create and manage the company's LinkedIn profile as a goal to attract future franchises andteam members to our business.

**GENERAL**
- Communicate weekly with General Manager and Marketing Manager regarding allsocial media or marketing issues and updates.
- Be ready to step-in into additional marketing functions for a short term if Marketing Manager is away or as required
