**Social Media Marketing Assistant (Casual)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & UGC Management**:

- Identify and shortlist potential UGC creators across Australia to collaborate on pet-related content, ensuring alignment with Aella Pets’ brand values.
- Procure high-quality content, focusing on creative and cost-effective methods, such as reaching out to pet owners for collaboration.
- Plan and execute photoshoots for website and social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) featuring pets using Aella products.
- **Social Media Planning & Scheduling**:

- Develop and manage a content schedule across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring consistent, engaging, and timely posts.
- Coordinate and plan promotional campaigns and posts in line with product launches and brand strategy.
- **Retail Partnership Research**:

- Shortlist and compile a database of potential retail partners, including pet shops, veterinary clinics, pet groomers, and other relevant businesses for collaboration.
- Support outreach efforts for establishing retail partnerships and track communications.
- **Strategic Content Procurement**:

- Strategize the most cost-effective methods for content procurement, leveraging collaborations with pet owners, influencers, or through partnerships.
- Research and propose innovative content ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and scheduling tools.
- Experience in finding and managing UGC creators and content creators.
- Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute effective photoshoots.
- Ability to research, shortlist, and establish partnerships with relevant businesses (pet shops, vet clinics, etc.).
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and project management skills.

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $294.15 - $400.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
