ICBM SERVICES PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist for our client's organisation across NSW, WA in Australia. On a full-time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team.

Title: Marketing Specialist, Full- time position

Salary: A$ 85,000.00 to 95,000.00 plus super

Work Location: In person.

We are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following:

Requirements

· A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising or related fields.

· Proven track record of successful campaigns and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.

· Ability to analyse data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.

· Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to craft compelling campaigns

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and audiences.

· Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to a rapidly changing market environment.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

· Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.

· Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviours.

· Collaborating with design and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.

· Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.

· Engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and align marketing efforts accordingly.

· Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective marketing strategies are implemented.

· Staying informed about competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

· Creating and maintaining databases of customer information for targeted marketing efforts.

· Crafting marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive growth.

· Ensuring consistency in messaging and maintaining the company's brand identity across platforms.

· Developing campaigns aimed at attracting and converting potential customers.

· Preparing and presenting reports to management that summarize campaign outcomes and suggest improvements.

· Building and nurturing relationships with customers through personalized communication.

· Addressing challenges that arise during campaigns and finding innovative solutions.

· Adhering to legal and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
