A 12-month assignment of Associates - Business Solutions Recoveries in CBD, paying $39.80 per hour + super

**Your new role**
As part of NAB Assist team your new role as a Business Solutions Recoveries Associate will require you to contact with small business customers whom are in arrears for more than 90 days with loan sizes ranging from ($1 million AUD to $6 million AUD) who have fallen behind and are experiencing long term financial difficulties.

To effectively perform this role, you are required to work with the customer, internal and external stakeholders to determine a long-term solution that would benefit both the customer and NAB.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Credit Analyst experience within banking / business lending solutions sectors
- Customer service experience (Phone OR F2F)
- Attention to Details
- Portfolio Management (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
