**Your new role**
In your new role as a Client Exits (Operations) Associate, you will be working in a high-volume processing role to exit clients’ accounts from the internal banking system whilst dealing with some products, services and funds related to the account.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming client exits cases through end-to-end process that falls through your workflow tool
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and some customers to manage the process of exiting customer’s account from the system
- Managing shared inbox, which includes reviewing and responding to escalation as appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with legislations, policies, procedures and guidelines for the purpose of risk management
- This role is a 12-month temporary assignment with a view of extension.
- The hourly rate is $ 36.50 + super with full-time hours across Monday to Friday between 7 AM - 6 PM (8 hours per day, flexible).- This role is based at 700 Bourke Street, working hybrid model which includes 2 to 3 days from office.- 2 weeks of comprehensive training will be provided.**What you'll need to succeed**

- Previous Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred
- Not afraid to speak with customers if necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Investigative mindset
