This year, we are thrilled to be recruiting for two upcoming StarCamp intakes.
- The first will begin on Monday 1st September 2025 and end on Friday 7th November 2025. Upon successful completion of this intake, exceptional NAB StarCamp Graduates may be offered a permanent role as an Engineer in our Technology Business beginning Monday 10th November 2025.
- This intake is ideal for Technology Graduates ready to hit the ground running in a permanent role in Technology at NAB.
- To be eligible for this intake, you must have completed your certificate, diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate degree no more than one year prior to the program start date
- To be eligible for this intake, you are required to make a full-time commitment onsite To be eligible for this program, you must be based in Melbourne permanently.- The second intake will begin on Monday 24th November 2025 and end on Friday 13th February 2026. Upon successful completion of this intake, exceptional NAB StarCamp Graduates may be offered a permanent role in our NAB Emerging Tech Talent Graduate Program, which includes two longer term business rotations across our teams to build breadth and depth of capability. The Emerging Tech Talent Graduate Program begins on Monday 16th February 2026 and ends on Friday 28th May 2027. At the completion of the Emerging Tech Talent Program, you will roll off into a Permanent role in Technology.
- At NAB, our Emerging Tech Talent Program is open to those who have completed their certificate, diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate degree no more than one year prior to the program start date, or those in their final year of study. As such, this intake is ideal for Technology students who have completed their studies or those that would like to like to begin their career whilst completing their final year of study.
- To be eligible for this intake, you must be able to make a full-time commitment for NABs StarCamp Bootcamp from Monday 24th November 2025 to Friday 13th February 2026 (including 2-weeks unpaid leave over the Christmas and New Year mandatory shutdown period), and then a minimum of 3-days per week commitment from Monday 16th February 2026 to Friday 28th May 2027.
- To be eligible for this program, you must be based in Melbourne permanently.
- There is no option to defer your Emerging Tech Talent offer.

Please note that the NAB StarCamp Internship is a face-to-face program located in Melbourne.
