**About the role**
As a Change Manager, you will be executing change management strategies and plans around business processes, communications, technology, and / or cultural change. In addition, your key duties are as follow:

- Facilitate business transformation across the organization
- Analyze business change impacts and readiness
- Prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance
- Support the design and delivery of training programs across mediums
- Integrate change initiatives to program / project plans
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change process

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Previous experience in an organization development or change management role
- Change management certification is a plus
- Business understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on complex problems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadline
