**Position Overview**:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager with experience in finance system implementations. You will be pivotal in guiding our organisation through significant transformational initiatives. You will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of change management activities to ensure the successful adoption of new finance systems across the organization.

**Key requirements**:

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans tailored to finance system implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, anticipate potential challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including communication plans, training programs, and readiness assessments, to drive awareness and acceptance of system changes.
- Provide coaching and support to project teams and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and sustain change outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate change adoption metrics and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve change management processes and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated understanding of finance processes and systems, with hands-on experience in ERP or financial software implementations.
- Strong project management skills, including managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
