A sector of Lendlease, Capella Capital (Capella) has established itself as an industry leader in the infrastructure sector, securing and delivering over $30bil in city shaping infrastructure projects across Australia.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Marketing Advisor, Digital and Activation to join our Capella Capital team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the marketing initiatives and strategies for the Metro Tunnel Creative Program and Legacy Artwork Program. This is a unique opportunity which will afford you a platform to drive key marketing initiatives on one of our leading projects.

About the Project

The Metro Tunnel Creative Program delivers artworks and events to enhance Melbourne city life alongside the construction of the Metro Tunnel. The Metro Tunnel Project is committed to a program of temporary creative works that contribute to offsetting the disruption across our worksites, keeping Melbourne a vibrant and attractive destination as we build this city-shaping project. The focus of the program is to encourage community interaction with construction sites and support local businesses at the coalface between site boundaries and where city life begins.

About the role

The Marketing Advisor for Digital and Activation will report to the Creative Program Manager and will also work directly with the Director Communications & Stakeholder Engagement on priority projects. The role will assist with general creative program management including delivering effective activations, events, and promotional activities as well as develop, implement on the Metro Tunnel Creative Program digital strategy outcomes.
