Engage is looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Coordinator to implement, manage and report our client’s paid media activity, alongside other elements of broad digital marketing campaigns. Working closely with our Head of Performance you will be responsible for the delivery and performance of multiple briefs, such as lead generation, awareness, app installs and conversion campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will also work closely with our Audience Development and Content Hub teams to deliver optimal return on investment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and implement paid media campaigns across multiple channels; META, Google Search & Display, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, X and Spotify
- Be able to manage campaign reporting through third-party data analytic platforms and provide actionable insights
- You will attend regular client status updates (in person or via VC) and help answer client queries, such as the performance of campaigns.
- You will assist the Head of Marketing in helping to develop ‘bigger picture’ strategies as well as presenting insights and post-campaign reports for the client.
- You will research keyword traffic across Google networks and recommend changes and insights for the client’s owned properties.
- Implementing tagging through Google Tag Manager for clients
- Automation of reporting and KPI tracking through third-party data platforms
- Expert in managing and delivering results using Facebook Ads & Google Ads
- A successful track record of planning, executing, & managing paid / organic social media strategy across all major digital platforms.
- Successful track record with all social channels, growing communities, & creating engaging content
- Experience in performance-based SEO programs
- Experience using GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Accuarnker, Supermetrics or other insights tools
- Ability to drive the digital marketing strategy related to conversion, lead generation, brand awareness & customer lifecycle management.
- High energy, creative, fun, focused & committed to meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving solving & analytical skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
**Key Skills and Knowledge**:
- Degree level education or above
- 2 years experience in a quantitative analysis role within performance marketing
- Strong experience running paid campaigns on META, Google Search & Display, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, X and Spotify
- Experience in working with analytical tools such as GA4, Supermetrics, APIs, Hotjar, Tubular etc..
- Strong ad copywriting skills
- Experience in creating data reports that demonstrate campaign performance
- Ability to translate complex data concepts to easy-to-understand digestible decks (PCRs)
- Understanding how people engage and use social media
- Ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
**General**:
- Work flexible days - sports-related calendar (some weekend work may be required)
- Able to perform under pressure and to work to tight timescales
- Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills
- Salary dependent on experience
