It’s a good time to see what more you can find at NAB as a **Marketing and Social Events Advisor - NAB Staff Club**, within our People and Culture Business team, working with NAB Staff Club

**_ NB: This is a parental leave cover and slated to last approximately for 12 months. _**

**The role**

As part of this small but fun team, you will be the individual that represents the NAB Staff Club, by representing our members across the whole enterprise

This role is twofold in that you are accountable for the Social events and the second being the Marketing aspect.

With relation to events some weekend work and evening work will be required from time to time to host events around Victoria.

**Your opportunity**

**Social events part**:

- To create social gatherings and functions for members both in the office and offsite.
- Actively promote and convert non-members to join the club, and provide a positive customer centric experience end-to-end
- Prepare a regular events programme for members to connect, and obtain feedback post event for viability and suitability of benefits offered to members
- Support other Staff Club team members during busy periods/as required.
- Carry out any additional tasks as required by the National Manager

**Marketing part**:

- The role will assist in managing website content, keeping information up to date and correct, supporting all sales and promotions to ensure best experience for members.
- Layout artist for all marketing material required for the NAB Staff Club, including catalogues, sales collateral, membership drives and website content development
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend ways to improve response rates

**What you will bring**
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience with online/digital marketing designs and newsletter campaigns
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe - Indesign and Photoshop required
- Strong demonstrated generalist administrative/office skills (and/or similar related)
- Demonstrated experience with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams)
- Sound time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly
- Ability to build effective relationships and manage expectations with key stakeholders (internally and externally), as well as working autonomously
- Ability to work in the office and be present at functions/gatherings as required
- A passion for customer service and experience
