As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, creating, implementing, and measuring key digital marketing channels and campaign activity.

The Role:

- Coordinate delivery of digital marketing activities and campaigns to support Retirement Living marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Develop digital campaign calendars and program plans to coordinate multi-channel digital delivery.
- Refine digital requirements requested by the business to provide clear channel deliverables and program consistency.
- Manage delivery and implementation of web copy updates, website updates (including forms, online surveys and event creation), organic social media posts and technical functionality development/expansions delivered via IT
- Campaign coordination for the Retirement Living Marketing business (brief, build, test and launch) of digital web, basic EDM templates and social channels.
- Guide and brief external agency partners to help deliver and support expanded channel support (e.g., paid social campaigns)
- Key point of contact to help support Retirement Living Marketing teams with their digital communication and campaign requirements and implementation of the wider digital strategy model

**Requirements**:

- Experienced with digital marketing activities and campaigns
- Successful in implementing web copy and website updates
- SEO optimisation experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills and working closely with external partners to help deliver social campaigns
- The ability to coordinate multi-channel digital delivery
- Experienced guiding teams on technical briefs provided by the business demands
- Exercises independent judgement within defined parameters.
- Identify solutions to issues that are generally defined (but not always immediately evident) and require problem-solving.

Our current portfolio expands across 75+ villages and resorts with over 17,000 residents calling Lendlease Retirement Living home. This role includes finding the right people to support out many diverse teams such as village team members, development, property, sales as well as corporate functions such as finance, legal, EHS, ICT to name a few. We have a mix of roughly half salary and half wage paid employees.

The business has a strong growth strategy looking to increase from 13,000 to 20,000 units in the next 5 years. We want your help making this plan a reality and strive towards the future of Retirement Living.

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre-employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
