As the Digital Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for establishing and managing a consistent framework for digital tracking, campaign and digital marketing funnel performance reporting, attribution models and analysis for the Retirement Living business.

The Role:

- As a senior member of the Marketing team you will be responsible for setting up different platforms within Google, Google Analytics and Facebook.
- Working closely with stakeholders within our Retirement Living business including the wider Marketing team and the Senior Leadership team to provide market insights across all channels
- Support the technical requirements from business briefs through to implementation
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships with our external agencies
- Tag, track, analyse and report on the performance of our digital channels including interpretation of trends, recommendations, implementation, and insights to enhance future performance.
- Be recognised as the expert in data analysis modelling - creating the framework of data platforms which will be the source of truth for reporting and optimisation planning.
- Develop dashboards to support Retirement Living Marketing teams with campaign and channel reporting for pre-campaign planning and post activity evaluation.
- Traffic manage the workflow through the digital marketing team to deliver against the briefs provided by the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced Digital Marketing Analyst, managing business demands and the technical requirements
- The ability to set up and manage Google and social media accounts - including Google Analytics and Google My Business
- Website management, including setting up new accounts for our retirement villages
- Understanding of Google algorithms
- Have a good understanding of the technical requirements from business demands
- Strong stakeholder management skills

Our current portfolio expands across 75+ villages and resorts with over 17,000 residents calling Lendlease Retirement Living home. This role includes finding the right people to support out many diverse teams such as village team members, development, property, sales as well as corporate functions such as finance, legal, EHS, ICT to name a few. We have a mix of roughly half salary and half wage paid employees.

The business has a strong growth strategy looking to increase from 13,000 to 20,000 units in the next 5 years. We want your help making this plan a reality and strive towards the future of Retirement Living.

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining.
