**Ecommerce manager Australia - 12 month Maternity cover role**

Are you somebody who is ambitious and interested in fashion & lifestyle and ecommerce? We are looking for a Maternity cover Ecommerce manager for Australia to join our Marimekko team in Melbourne. As our Ecommerce manager your main responsibility is D2C online sales in Australia.
- You are responsible for Marimekko’s D2C Australian online sales, the overall performance of ecommerce store operations
- You contribute to the development of short
- and long-term online sales strategy to reach our objectives through the use of data You lead the execution of this strategy via day-to-day management of the ecommerce store, and reporting on the ecommerce store’s performance
- You will closely work together with our onsite development, local marketing manager and global teams.

**We are looking for someone**
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in running ecommerce operations, site development, marketing analytics or related areas in a consumer facing industry
- Who understands the underlying laws of ecommerce and is comfortable with the KPIs and factors that drive ecommerce sales and can produce analysis that drives action based on data
- Who is skilled in managing conflicting priorities quickly and has a proactive attitude. This also means that you keep on top of things in a fast-paced & changing environment
- Who can easily adapt to change, work independently and is both results-driven and detail-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
- You are a natural communicator and are fluent in English. You understand the different communication needs and requirements and can cater to them. You must have a solid understanding of the local Australian Fashion Industry. You communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (including agencies)

- Working with Magento platform
- Sales budgeting/ forcasting
