What You’ll Be Doing:
Working with our Studio Manager to keep our gym thriving + members coming back
Leading from the front in session, ensuring **perfect form, clear coaching, and energy**
Daily checks for programming updates, new movements, and session standards
Training and guiding our coaching team to deliver **consistent, high-quality sessions**
Setting up, packing down, and prepping the floor for the next day with care and detail
Progressing or regressing members where needed with a sharp eye + quick solutions
Confidently creating **social media content** to showcase our vibe and community
Having **fun** while maintaining **professional standards**
Looking for **full-time hours** and a place to grow your **long-term career in fitness**
