**About the role**

Reporting to Executive Chef in charge of Food and Beverage, provide courteous, professional and efficient service consistent with the Langham Sydney and Langham Hospitality Group service standards, policies and procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

About The Role:

- Provide the service of drinks, cocktails, coffees, high teas, a-la-carte items and event catering as well as set up and mis-en-place.
- To be willing to work across our diverse F & B operations.
- Provide a warm, friendly, memorable and professional F & B service at all times to hotel guests.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent personal presentation and a true passion for customer service.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts over a seven-day rotating roster.
- Sound beverage knowledge.
- A current RSA certificate
