Jellis Craig Boroondara is seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong reception experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the face of a premium brand.
About the Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll play a vital front-of-house role—greeting clients, handling a high volume of calls, and supporting our sales and property management teams with administrative tasks. You’ll be a key part of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a deadline-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage a busy reception desk and create a welcoming experience for all visitors
Answer and redirect high volumes of incoming calls promptly and professionally
Respond to general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
Manage busy meeting room bookings and set up requirements.
Assist with administrative support across the team
Ensure office presentation is maintained to a high standard
**About You**:
Proven experience in a front-of-house or reception role is essential
Real estate industry experience is highly regarded
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, reliable, and highly organised
Tech-savvy with confidence using Microsoft Office
Experience with Box+Dice and PropertyMe will be highly regarded
