**What Will You Do?**
- Develop and maintain a sales program covering all commercial areas within your territory.
- Cooperate with sales and marketing staff to plan and execute special projects and programs.
- Assist in preparing annual sales forecasts and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate products to end users and conduct regular training sessions.
- Provide written quotes to customers and leasing/rental information as necessary.
- Manage the sale of second-hand products and maintain accurate inventory checks.
- Monitor and report market data, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Maintain contact with key customers and industry associations.
- Ensure sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards and Toro’s Code of Conduct.
- Provide accurate market data on a weekly basis and complete monthly reports.

**What Do You Bring?**
- Relevant industry experience and the ability to identify mechanical and operational aspects of turf care equipment.
- Exceptional and proven sales skills in an equipment environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective business relationships.
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent PC and Microsoft Office literacy.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid Australian motor vehicle license.
- Knowledge of safe working practices.
- Infor CRM or other database management skills.
- Sales, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Highly organized and demonstrates a flexible and proactive approach to the work environment.
- A professional and friendly image.
