**Job description**

Due to continued growth and staff development we are looking at recruiting a Security Operations Officer. We have been in the Security Industry for over 20 years and pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our Clients.

This role is for someone who wants to take the step step in their Security career.

The role will include the following, but is not limited:
1. assisting management with rostering, including liaising with the guards and confirming their shifts

2. assisting with the Induction of guards at various venues

3. conducting site visits and audits as required

4. available to cover shifts as required and at short notice

5. liaising with our Clients

6. conducting random site inspections

1. Great communication skills

2. Class 1AC Security Licence

3. At least 2 years experience in a similar role

4. Experience across various aspects of Security, including Hotels / Clubs and Static security

5. Current RSA card

6. Current First Aid certification

Our staff are experienced guards and we require someone that is able to liaise effectively with the guards, our Office Team, Management and our Clients.

This role is newly created and the position is expected to continue to grow as we continue to grow.

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Security Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- 1AC Security Licence (required)
- RSA (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)

**Salary**: $63,846.70 - $80,120.00 per year
