About the role and team
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at G4S, working with our multinational technology client at their corporate HQ in Macquarie Park. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of their security operations at seven sites across Australia and New Zealand, including managing a large number of Security Officers and Security Supervisors across these sites. You will report directly to the G4S Global Accounts Manager (James) and will work closely with the client's senior site leaders/managers.
**Your duties will include**:
Managing a large team of Security Officers
Overseeing security systems and ensuring their proper functioning
Conducting risk assessments and implementing security measures
Developing and implementing security policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What we're looking for
Valid NSW Security Licence, as a minimum class 1A
Experience working with the Lenel Security System and Enterprise systems
Experience providing evidence and attending audit meetings on physical security activities (ISO, PCI)
Demonstrated staff management experience and positive interpersonal skills
