**Description**:
We are seeking a trade supervisor to supervise our operations team, provide technical support with staircase installations and ensure high quality work.

This is a great opportunity for a carpenter seeking to get off the tools, or supervisors who have experience with carpentry trades. The position reports to our Group Product and Service Manager and works closely with the local scheduler to ensure staircases are installed on time and to STAIRLOCK's high quality standards.

**Skills and Experiences**:
We are seeking an experienced carpenter or an experienced trade supervisor within a similar industry. As this position includes a company car and local travel, a current drivers licence is required.

A typical day in your new role involves on-site quality inspections, providing technical advice, support and problem solving for installers, liaising with the scheduler to support an efficient workflow, and resolving installation issues.
