**Contract until the 1st of September with possible extension.**:

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You are responsible for providing ancillary administrative support which includes the preparation of legal papers, research, and briefs in relation to legal matters and the organisation of some meetings.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Maintain and collate relevant statistical information and prepare reports on unit statistics as required and assist in the production of statistical information and reports, updating computer records and other databases.
- Liaise with clients and their legal representatives, and other agencies as required to progress matters in accordance with instructions and build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Can work effectively both independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both oral and written, including a demonstrated capacity for attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills.
