
Strategic Business Partner People and Culture

Operating as a key strategic partner, you will work to ensure alignment of People & Culture (P&C) solutions, programs and practices with business needs & priorities. Consulting & partnering closely with the business, you will ensure appropriate risk mitigation, business continuity, effective workforce management and compliance activities are appropriately delivered. You will also develop P&C plans to drive business outcomes and priorities, then executing, delivering & leading People & Culture programs, processes, systems and policies in line with the P&C strategy and business priorities.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer for Global Functions, Digital and Products you can expect to spend your time:
- Providing P&C advice & support to the business by closely partnering & contributing to the implementation of P&C programs, policies and processes which align to organisational & P&C strategies, whilst also complying with local legal requirements.-
- Performing day to day operational activities to ensure the delivery of effective P&C services to the business.-
- Coordinating implementation of key P&C initiatives, such as performance management, workforce planning & management, financial governance, talent management and leadership and development programs with a global lens.-
- Implementing change management plans to ensure the successful delivery of P&C programs.-
- Supporting the ongoing development of our people managers and employee capabilities to meet the workforce requirements and effective succession planning.-
- Monitoring and reporting on the development and implementation of employee engagement action plans in partnership with business stakeholders.-
- Promoting and fostering a performance culture of accountability, ownership and delivery whilst also championing Lendlease’s core values to facilitate continuous improvement learning & performance.With a broad, global remit and a high level of autonomy, this is a rare opportunity to be part of an exciting & diverse range of P&C projects that will deliver a highly visible elevation across the organisation.
You will be a high performing HR professional, comfortable operating & communicating with stakeholders at all business levels and across all our global regions. Your deep background and experience in the provision of people advice & strategy will provide you with the platform to drive change and uplift business capability. With a proven track record in strategic planning & operational delivery, you will be equally comfortable providing advice & support on tactical matters, enjoying the variety of responsibility that this role brings.
