Permanent People & Culture Manager job available in inner Sydney.

**Your new company**
This permanent opportunity is with an ASX listed media company based in Sydney.

**Your new role**
In your new position you will be the lead business partner for the business overseeing the employee lifecycle including recruitment, on-boarding, performance and development, remuneration, contract negotiation, and exits. You will be working with line managers to build their IR/ER knowledge and skills including conducting training and workshops. You will also be tailoring the P&C processes to meet business needs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this position you will need to have broad generalist HR experience within a large complex environment. You will have strong communication and presentation skills along with problem solving skills.
