As Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking orders from Tier 1 construction companies / clients and ensuring their orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their Customer Service and Operations career, as a Sales Coordinator with our client, a well
- known Australian Building Equipment Company.

As Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking orders from Tier 1 construction companies / clients and ensuring their orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.

**Core Responsibilites include**:

- Process sales, hiring and inventory transactions via the ERP system
- Coordinate daily operations including deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, changeovers and breakdowns
- Source equipment to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer disputes
- Complete a variety of branch administrative duties including generating schedules, invoicing, raising purchase orders
- Undertake stocktake activity and office duties
- Comply with all company policies and procedures at all times

**Skills and experience**
- Ability to grasp product knowledge and sell to customers
- Problem solving ability
- ERP / Inventory system experience. Baseplan, JDE, SAP preferred.
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Experience working to targets and/or KPI's (Desirable)
- Zero Harm Safety records
