Support the plant operations team and supervisor in delivering service to our customers.

Be the first point of contact for subcontractors, customer and Cleanaway fleet and assist in sales and operations planning.
- Permanent - Full-time position - Erskine Park, NSW

**Your new company**

Cleanaway is the largest waste management company in Australia providing sustainable waste management solutions to a range of customers including councils, small businesses, large corporate entities and government agencies to provide sustainable waste management solutions.

**Your new role**
- Coordinate daily schedules to support customer requirements and intercompany transfers of waste
- First point of contact for subcontractors, Cleanaway drivers and internal queries
- Liaise with customers to ensure contract requirements are met and jobs are completed on time
- Critical spare management, order placement and other necessary administrative duties
- Basic sales and operations planning, liaising with both the plant operations team and our technical sales organization to ensure capacity and capability are aligned

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in the Transport and Logistics space or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and experience managing GPS tracking systems
- Ability to resolve problems effectively and effectively
- Proven ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines
