Australian Leading Institute of Technology seeks **Sales and** **Marketing Manager** to actively manage and drive the marketing team to recruit overseas students and prospect new education agents for marketing and recruiting international students both onshore and offshore and build business portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop new relationships with education agents both locally and internationally.
- Build relationship with existing agents to recruit more students
- Screen education agents to ensure they meet our strict criteria for approval to act on our behalf
- Monitor agent's activities to ensure their compliance with relevant codes and Danford College policies & procedures.
- Communicating with Education & Migration Consultants and other Student recruitment channels
- Identify new possibilities to promote the college and its courses
- Actively recruit new overseas students for the college
- Achieve monthly student enrolment targets for the allocated market/s set by the college
- High level verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking, including the ability to develop and frequently deliver presentations to a range of audiences
- Work closely with designer and client liaison officer to create promotional information to drive business
- Monitoring and improving SEOs and built campaigns
- Monitor competitor and external marketing activity
- Lead the marketing Department to design and implement Marketing plans and strategies within the scope
- Organise promotional events
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and projects, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies

The successful applicant should have all necessary qualification and skills:

- Qualification in relevant field
- Knowledge of ESOS Act, the National Code and Immigration Student Visa regulations
- Demonstrated Sales and /or Marketing experience in International Education market
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and one or more from the target region
- Sound understanding of cross-cultural issues and benefits
- Ability to build and maintain national and international business relationships
- Excellent Computer skills and experience in general administrative duties

**Additional tasks include but are not limited to**
- Developing and nurturing networks and partnerships with industry, professional bodies, and the wider community.
- Other duties as directed by the management and within the scope of this classification.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
