We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase enrollments for the organisation’s educational and visa services. Set and monitor sales targets to ensure the organization meets or exceeds its sales objectives while fostering customer loyalty.
- Establish clear sales goals for the team, monitor progress against these targets, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize sales performance and profitability.
- Managing and mentoring the sales and marketing and admissions team, providing leadership and support to ensure that team members are effective in their roles and aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to capture market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and educational institutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and align with the financial goals of the organization.
- Monitor spending and return on investment (ROI) to ensure financial efficiency.
- Creating and implementing plans and policies for advertising, sales, and marketing in collaboration with other managers.

**Key Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing management (preferably in the education and visa services sector).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies across various channels.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of the education and migration industry will be an advantage.

**Salary**: $75000 - $85000 plus superannuation

Location: Level 3, 313-315 Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000
