**About Them**

**About the Role**
This organisation is always seeking to improve their D&I journey and will see you initially focus on building the inclusive leadership and culture development programs. This is a true end to end role that will see you undertake the research and analysis, develop the proposal and then implement, evaluate, pivot and improve the programmes. This organisation believes in respecting the unique needs, perspectives and potential of all their team members and build deeper trust. Working with an inclusive senior leadership team, you will influence and facilitate mindset change on key cultural priorities and provide ongoing advice on all D&I solutions.

**About You**
Ideally you will have extensive years of experience in roles responsible for D&I gained different industries although a mix of blue and white collar would be ideal. This role will require strong project management skills including excellent planning and execution. You will influence and drive new ideas to improve lasting positive culture within this fast paced, growing business. You will have the ability to work in a team and autonomously and be driven by outcomes that drive and enhance behaviour and performance. Ideally you will have qualifications relevant to this role, such as Bachelor of Psychology, Organisational Development, Leadership or Adult Learning.
