This is a national program taking on the complexity of our core business processes by streamlining them and then modernising our legacy enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with Microsoft D365 and a best in breed solutions integrated into our landscape, to improve the quality of the data and tools informing our decisions. The Deployment Manager will plan and manage the key Operational Release Pilot and Rollout, along with a number of Early Releases. **In this Role** - Provide leadership and direction to ensure alignment with deployment strategy, goals and objectives. - Develop and drive detailed plans, project timelines, and deliverables for the deployment and post implementation stabilisation. - Lead deployment and cutover planning for all sites nationally to ensure readiness for the deployment and post implementation hypercare stabilisation periods. - Work closely with Change and Business leaders to ensure the business ready transition plans are in place and the business aware of how to operate during transition. - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communications and engagement activities with project objectives and expectations. - Risk management and issue resolution - Continuous improvement and lessons learned **You’re Likely a Match If*** - Bachelor’s Degree required and/or MBA. - Extensive relevant ERP experience, including planning and leading large-scale deployments in an FMCG setting. - Must have strong leadership skills, be ground-breaking and a strong influencer. - Ideally experience Program managing large-scale ERP software deployment, ideally in FMCG. - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project and DevOps tools and working with hybrid methodologies and frameworks. **Life at Metcash** Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
