**In this role, you'll**:
Role is based in Macquarie Park. The role will be flexible with work from home and office based. There will be a requirement to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

**About you**

You will have demonstrated experience in program and/or portfolio level management of initiatives, with advanced stakeholder engagement background. You provide cross-business relationship building expertise, and team management capability to rapidly build and maintain a diverse group of stakeholders, and corporate support teams, for achieving shifting project outcomes. You will have experience in transformational technology projects with SAP or similar EAMs and have experience in both technical and business deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Leadership: Oversee the entire SAP S/4HANA deployment program, including planning, execution, and post-deployment support.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management, business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Ensure deployment deliverables meet business requirements and comply with organizational standards.
- Effective communication, and organisational skills
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, change management, and business process owners to ensure successful deployment execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop mitigation strategies to ensure the deployments remains on schedule.
- Resource Management: Plan and monitor all resources required for deployments. Manage contract and process for external vendors.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and seamless transition to the new system. Ensure training, documentation, and knowledge transfer are executed effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Reporting: Provide regular status updates to program leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key decision points. Ensure accurate deployment/release documentation and reporting.
- Post-Deployment Support: Oversee the transition from project deployment to operational support, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of the SAP S/4HANA system.

Essential requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and/or experience in business enabling functions.
- Demonstrated background in deployment/project/release management, diverse methods, and approaches in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Desirable experience with resource and procurement management and strategy

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP HANA Cloud).
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
- Experience working in Asset intensive industries
- Proven track record of leading large, complex SAP deployments in large organisations

- This role may require occasional travel to various sites and offices.
