**About the Opportunity**

As our **Deployment Manager**, you’ll be at the heart of delivering and scaling our innovative in-store **Retail Media network - LocalEyes** - one digital screen, one store at a time. You’ll oversee the selection, planning and deployment of retail media assets across our Food, Liquor, and Hardware pillars, making sure everything from audits to installs to reporting runs like clockwork.

You’ll work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and independent retailers, ensuring every screen is installed, sales-ready, and delivering value—on time and on budget.

**In this Role**
- Deliver store deployment waves from planning to go-live, hitting install targets and deadlines
- Conduct recces, analyse audits, and recommend the right screens for each store
- Collaborate with our vendors, pillars and operations team to ensure seamless execution
- Improve rollout processes for scale, efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Ensure all screens are live, connected, and reporting for commercial use

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- 5+ years' experience in agency ops, production, media or retail marketing
- A sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and process-driven thinking
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Commercial savvy—you get budgets, reporting and business priorities
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for building something that makes a difference
