**About the role**

As a Capability & Engagement Partner, you will be at the forefront of shaping employee engagement strategies across the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport. You will manage critical projects, including the NSW Public Sector People Matters Employee Survey, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that foster a highly engaged and motivated workforce. Your expertise will be key in coordinating resources, providing insightful analysis, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our commitment to excellence.
