This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Engineer to join our **AGV team**as an **AGV Service Team Supervisor.**This role is based in our **Notting Hill office in Victoria**and reports to the AGV Service Manager. You will be r esponsible for overseeing the AGV Service daily operations of the Southern Region Service team (VIC, SA, TAS, WA) and will be required to travel regularly to visit customer sites.

**SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE IS**
- Manage Service Engineers and Field Service Technicians
- Coordinate the team’s work schedules and assign work to ensure that contracted response times are met
- Coordinate incidents and breakdowns to ensure escalations are prioritised
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage modernisation projects in service as required
- Provide leadership, advice, coaching and support to the AGV Service team
- Travelling to customer sites to provide hands on service and support for breakdowns, servicing, modifications and spare part sales
- Assisting the Service Manager with working within budgets and towards targets as well as reporting

**ABOUT YOU**
- Engineering qualification or equivalent industrial engineering or maintenance experience, preferably with Robotics
- Several years experience working in a Customer Service environment
- Previous management/supervisory experience/Project management experience
- Strong communication, planning and leadership skills, including the ability to liaise with all levels of staff
- Understanding OH&S requirements
- Understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlines
- Availability and willingness to travel to customer sites predominantly in VIC and SA but also throughout the greater APAC region when required
- Minimum 3-5 years as supervisor or project manager
