We currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Supervisor. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in delivering programmed work orders and managing work priorities in Sydney (Inner City). Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Schedule Programmed Works, travelling to properties to validate scopes submitted by our client, identifying any variations.
- Undertake works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.
- Ensure all information relating to each work order is accurately captured within WMS and all relevant systems.
- Build and maintain very strong relationships with customers.
- Complete pre, mid and post work inspections for each work order, ensuring progress of these inspections are recorded within the system with relevant documentation.

**What You’ll Bring**
- High School Certificate, Mechanical or Electrical, or relevant Trade Certificate and driver’s licence.
- Experience in project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in construction trade.
- Customer relations management.
