Flinders Christian Community College seeks to employ a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join the HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR and also working closely with the HR Advisor, the role is based across both our Tyabb and Carrum Downs campuses on the Mornington Peninsula. The role requires a high level of administrative capacity and the ability to draft employment contracts, new starter and employment paperwork, and includes close liaison with payroll, managing HR databases and other HR work such as providing some advice on policies to staff, and drafting position descriptions.
Successful applicants will have experience in fast-moving and busy areas that require focus, excellent customer service, and outstanding confidentiality and trustworthiness. Qualifications in Human Resources would be well regarded. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, a focus on process efficiency, and very good interpersonal skills, will ensure your success in the role. If you have experience in working in a high-capacity, busy and dynamic admin role, we would love to hear from you.
