Responsibilities

Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, wellness programs, birthday/anniversary celebrations, festival events, etc.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions; analyze results and suggest action plans.
Develop communication campaigns to promote company culture, core values, and engagement initiatives.
Maintain records of all engagement programs, budgets, and participation metrics.
Work closely with the HR team and leadership to align engagement strategies with business objectives.
Support onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
Monitor employee morale and engagement through regular interaction and pulse checks.
Assist in organizing internal recognition and reward programs.
Support CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and community-building initiatives.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on engagement metrics and present insights.
Employee grievance management.
Training arrangement management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or employee engagement roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Event planning and project management skills are a plus.
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for people engagement.
