An exciting opportunity is available at CQUniversity’s Melbourne campus for a Campus Experience Specialist. In this key role, you will successfully contribute to the daily operations of the campus by completing a range of campus operational tasks. From building maintenance and event planning to high-level support with reporting, budgeting and stakeholder engagement, you’ll ensure the campus runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will use your excellent communication and organisational skills to liaise with staff, students, contractors and the wider community - fostering positive relationships and ensuring timely service delivery. You’ll also support campus events, manage records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Position Requirements**:

- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge about policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
- Proven time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to organise work, meet deadlines and resolve problems with mínimal supervision.
