The Opportunity

As Head of Williamstown Campus, you will:

Lead day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for a P-4 campus of 225 students

  • Build a high-performing team culture grounded in trust, feedback and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with families and the local community
  • Contribute to the advacement of Westbourne Grammar's 2030 Strategic Map
  • Drive innovation in pedagogy, curriculum and use of technology, aligned with the principles and practices of Reggio Emilia.

About You

You are a contemporary educational leader who:

Has proven experience leading excellence in primary education

  • Is an exceptional people leader - coaching, developing and holding high expectations
  • Thinks strategically, is outstanding operationally, and is a master communicator
  • Holds VIT registration (or equivalent) and appropriate tertiary qualifications (postgraduate study desirable)
