At Acknowledge Education (AE), we believe that operational excellence is the foundation of a great student experience. We're looking for a Campus Operations Manager to lead our campus teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive national projects that shape the future of our campuses.

Why this role matters

What you'll do

  • Lead campus life – Oversee student onboarding, support services, and events that create a sense of belonging and community.

  • Deliver big moments – Project manage key events like Graduation and Welcome Day, ensuring they're memorable and seamless.

  • Drive improvement – Lead national initiatives to streamline processes, lift quality, and create consistency across campuses.

  • Foster collaboration – Work closely with academic leaders, compliance, and risk teams to align campus operations with institutional goals.

  • Champion safety & wellbeing – Ensure compliance with WHS frameworks and create safe, inclusive environments for students and staff.

About you

You're a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You bring people together, solve problems, and balance detail with big-picture thinking. With proven management experience, you're comfortable juggling day-to-day operations while driving national projects that make a lasting impact.
