HR Business Partner, Apac

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior business leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to managers on matters related to performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Manage employee relations concerns, including investigating and resolving complaints, and guiding managers through disciplinary actions.
- Drive business recruitment and talent acquisition programs and initiatives, and work with managers to identify current and future talent needs.
- Design and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with overall HR and business strategies, and provide guidance to managers on pay-related topics.
- Facilitate and oversee talent development programs, including training, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR Business Partner role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge in HR policies and employment law, including experience in HR compliance and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in building HR programs, developing policies, and providing support and guidance to managers.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior business leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with people at all levels of the organization.
