**Title**:
Cost/ Schedule Analyst

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven **Cost/Schedule Analyst** to support the delivery of accurate project cost, schedule, and performance insights. Working closely with project managers and finance teams, you will play a key role in maintaining schedules, tracking budgets, and identifying risks to keep projects on track.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules in **Primavera P6**:

- Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cost and schedule performance; identify variances
- Support earned value management (**EVM**) reporting
- Collaborate with project and finance teams
- Prepare progress reports and dashboards
- Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning

**Who are you?**

To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in project controls and the technical expertise to deliver accurate, timely insights. You’ll be able to combine analytical capability with clear communication to support successful project outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- 5+ years’ experience in project controls
- Proficiency in **Primavera P6** and **Excel**:

- Familiarity with **EVM** and critical path analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Eligibility for **Baseline** or **NV1** clearance - Must be an Australian Citizen
