**What will you do?**

Reporting to the Victorian Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the analysis of cost and spend of the Ryman projects in Victoria. You will provide value-add strategic analysis, insights and recommendations for construction commercial management, to ensure successful business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing reports to best analyse the cost and spend of all Victorian projects
- Examining and identifying anomalies in the cost
- Providing monthly reports which highlight areas of interest/concern, coupled with insights and recommendations to support our growth strategy
- Collaborating with our Development, Finance, and Construction teams
- Undertaking market research to identify areas of improvement to ensure efficiency in expenditure

**Who are you?**
- Ideally, you will have a PQS background. Contractor CA experience in complex, large commercial construction environments is an added bonus
- Preferably, you will be a Member of the AIQS, or the RRICS
- You have advanced financial reporting and analysis skills
- You are a collaborative and driven problem solver that loves influencing business outcomes through sound financial analysis

This role will be based in our Southbank Office with extensive time supporting our residents within our Victorian village.
