**Your new role**
Cost Schedule Analyst works within the PMO team and report directly into the performance manager. The team provides scheduling and planning support to the Project which in turn, enables the effective monitoring and control of project deliverable, workload, schedule risk and costs. The Cost Analyst conducts schedule/planning with a particular focus on the Earned Value Management aspects for the assigned bids/projects/programs

Key Responsibilities;
- Undertaken the integration between Primavera and Cobra (loading of actuals in Cobra and integration of the ETC),
- Management of the EVM baseline in Cobra including the implementation of BCR’s into COBRA
- Support the CAMS and Work Package managers to understand the to plan the work packages in
- Primavera and to understand / report on variances
- Drive the development and maintenance of the PMB and actively participate in the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) if required
- Adhere to the relevant project management processes and procedures
- Contribute towards a cooperative and productive working relationship within the team and with Subcontractors and customers.
- Perform Deep analysis of the workload and financial data to support the EAC review
- Assist the finance team in any requests for their analysis

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary or Qualification in Business or Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in an Earned Value Management environment
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge / experience in the use of EVM system tool (Cobra or other)
- Experienced in Primavera and Scheduling Tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Open Plan)
- Scheduling - Program Evaluation & Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM) analyse
- Financial / Budgetary control of control account & work-package
