World Kinect is expanding, and we’re looking for a Cost Schedule Analyst (CSA) to join our dynamic Melbourne-based team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems for tracking actual and forecasted costs.
- Prepare and manage the Contract Master Schedule (CMS) and Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS).
- Analyze and report on performance baselines, subcontractor schedules, and earned value metrics.
- Support Control Account Managers (CAMs) with data analysis, variance reporting, and forecasting.
- Ensure financial data integrity and alignment with business rules.
- Lead the production of risk-assessed financial forecasts and monthly cash flows.
- Monitor project progress, identify critical activities, and support contingency planning.
- Contribute to risk, issue, and opportunity registers to safeguard project scope, schedule, and budget.
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Accounting, or MIS.
- 5+ years of experience in project controls within Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Construction, or Defence.
- Proven expertise in cost control, scheduling, and full lifecycle project management.
- Familiarity with Defence standards (ASDEFCON, CDRL, DIDs, CWBS, CMS) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Open Plan.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
