**About the role**:
Reporting to the National Sales Coordinator & Admin Manager, you are responsible for taking over, processing and completing all Sales relevant internal and external processes and serves as backup function for all customer contacts. The Sales and Administration Coordinator is the interface with and support for the Salespeople in the field. They are also responsible for effective coordination of administrative duties across the site, supporting all departments.
**Sales Co-Ordination**:
- Proactive and customer-focused support of the Sales people in the Field
- Maintaining customer data, offers, activities, appointments & opportunities (in CRM) / follow ups
- Key focus on supporting the last part of the presales process
- Combining all offer-relevant data, creating and formatting offers according to guidelines and customer expectation
- Processing of “Easy” orders in ERP, including but not limited to raising workshop jobs & raising invoices for customer payment.
- Selling all delivered equipment in ERP (Relevant to your branch)
- Interface between other departments
- Coordination of product demonstrations
**Administration**:
- Stationary ordering
- Mail (opening and distributing)
- Replenishment of staff amenities - coffee, tea, etc
- Assisting with staff functions
- Answering incoming general calls
