**Join Our Team as an Admin & Events Coordinator**

We are on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised Admin & Events Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Melbourne. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential administrative support and ensuring our events run seamlessly.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Administrative Excellence**: Supporting our Victorian & Tasmanian state teams with preparing presentation materials, scheduling appointments, managing team diaries, and handling data entry and general admin tasks.
- **Event Coordination**:Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to organize education, retirement, and financial planning seminars. You will manage bookings, arrange materials, AV equipment, catering, etc and assist the Growth team with event logistics.
- **Create a Welcoming Environment**:Foster a positive atmosphere for both team members and our valued members. Your daily interactions will help set the tone for a supportive and engaging work environment.

**About You**:

- **Experience**: You bring a background in administration, ideally with a focus on events. You're comfortable working autonomously with mínimal supervision and have a track record of liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and online meeting coordination is a must. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key to your success.
- **Attitude**:A 'can-do' mindset, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial. You enjoy working as part of a dynamic, outcome-driven team and take a proactive approach to your work.
