**Role Overview**
The company is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their National team.
This role is responsible for providing support to the Finance team to ensure the completion of finance and administration tasks as required, including but not limited to the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger and variance analysis and enforcement of national policies and procedures.
The role will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
This is a **full-time permanent** role based at our **Melbourne Office** in **Campbellfield.**
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Assisting with corporate card queries.
- Maintenance of fleet management database
- Managing the collection of information relating to corporate travel.
- Assisting with insurance claims, incident reporting and adjustments to policies as they arise.
- Assisting other Finance functions (Procurement, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable) when required.
**Key requirements**
**This position requires an accurate entry of data, an ability to manage tight deadlines, time management skills and the capability to adapt to business needs.**
Previous exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics AX/365 will be highly regarded but not essential.
